Description
The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation to proposers within the competitive range until 1400, 26 June 2026. Add clause RFO 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, in accordance with DFARS CD 2026-O0040, Revision 1. Revise Davis Bacon Wage Determination to updated revision dated 18 MAY 2026. Revise Specifications specifically pertaining to Lamont Landfill.
