Description
THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A COMMERCIAL ACQUISITION USING FAR PART 12 UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for radiopharmaceuticals for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, 5500 E. Kellog Avenue, Wichita, KS 67218-1607. The anticipated RFQ number is 36C25526Q0306, associated with Action ID# 36C255-26-AP-1665. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6505, Drugs and Biologicals. This requirement will be issued as an unrestricted solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a single-award, firm-fixed-price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) twelve-month ordering periods for the provision and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to support Nuclear Medicine Services at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Individual task/delivery orders will be issued by the NCO 15 Contracting Officer under the resultant IDIQ contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, licenses, and transportation necessary to provide radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the forthcoming solicitation and Statement of Work. The RFQ is expected to be posted on or about April 24, 2026, with quotes due on or about May 15, 2026; the official closing date and time for receipt of quotes will be stated in the RFQ. This presolicitation notice is not a request for quotes, and no telephone requests for the RFQ will be accepted. No contract award will be made from this announcement.
