Description

Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) anticipate hosting an Industry Engagement from 06 October 2025 � 08 October 2025 to discuss an array of topics to include the current/future state of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) contract vehicle and program, modernization, and LOGCAP VI planning efforts. The event will include a general session and 1-on-1 vendor breakout sessions. The event will be held in-person at the Rock Island Arsenal and will not be offered via MS Teams. A specific agenda will be forthcoming closer to the event. The USG is limiting attendance to up to four participants from each company for both the general session and the 1-on-1 sessions. NOTE 1: The attached "Visitor Access Form" must be filled out for each individual registering for the event. Please review the attached document "Sources Sought LOGCAP Future - Industry 1 on 1s" in its entirety for all the details for the event. NOTE 2: This event will be tailored to the LOGCAP global capability and will not discuss the Small Business portion mentioned in the previous Sources Sought posting dated 1 July 2025. NOTE 3: The Government will accept submission of questions to the Governement via the attached link and written responses to the attached 1-on-1 questions. In-person attendance is not required for these submissions. Written responses will be due by 1600 Central Time on 08 October 2025. Any submissions after the specified time will not be taken into consideration.
