Description

1. Purpose The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research, to obtain input from industry regarding a potential renovation project at the Francis Perkins Building (FPB) located at 200 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20210. The information received will assist the Government in understanding industry capabilities, refining requirements, assessing risks, and developing an appropriate acquisition strategy consistent with applicable procurement laws and regulations. This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quote, or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any supplies or services. The RFI details and draft PWS are attached. Amendment 00001-RFI details are amended in red and highlighted in yellow. Industry day occurred on January 21, 2026. RFI questions are due by Friday January 23rd. All RFI responses are due by Tuesday, February 17th at 4:00 PM (ET).
