Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to CytoViva, Inc. 570 Devall Drive Suite 301 Auburn, AL 36832-3948, under the authority as prescribed in RFO FAR 12.102(a). The requirement is for a Hyperspectral Imaging System. No other source for this acquisition can be used as the Government�s requirement because the current contractor is the exclusive provider of the patented and proprietary enhanced darkfield optical microscope with integrated hyperspectral imaging system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333310 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division via email ONLY to kaylie.j.silva.civ@army.mil no later than 12PM EST 19 May 2026. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party
