Description
Disinterment Support Service at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI 96813 -- G001 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about January 15, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Department of Veterans Affairs, has a requirement for Disinterment Support Services at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that the Disinterment Support Services are performed at the cemetery in a manner that shall maintain proper respect. The disinterment event typically consists of a consecutive Sunday and Monday. Each event shall have no more than 8 gravesites prepared for disinterment. Sunday will be the preparation of the gravesites for disinterment the following day. Monday will consist of the disinterment and the Dignified Transfer of Remains followed by backfilling and sodding of the gravesites. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 812220-Cemeteries and Crematories and the Small Business Size Standard is $25 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Service Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order contract with a base year and four 4 option periods. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
