Description
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS All prospective offerors must access the complete solicitation package, requirements, and related documentation through the UNISON procurement system. To review the requirement and submit a bid, vendors must register for and access UNISON. QUESTIONS AND BIDS All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through UNISON by the deadline specified in the solicitation. All bids must be submitted through UNISON by the deadline specified in the solicitation. IMPORTANT: The Government will not acknowledge or consider any questions or bids submitted outside of the UNISON system. Submissions outside of UNISON will be rejected. Vendors experiencing technical difficulties accessing UNISON should contact UNISON directly at dos@unisonglobal.com.
