Description
The Government intends to release a firm fixed price request for proposal (RFP), sole source, to Ducommun Labarge Technologies, Inc. CAGE 08719. RFP shall be for the qualification and manufacture C-5 AFCS and CNP Integrated Panel, NSN: 5998-01-599-8134UC (PN: 4V91084-101A) and NSN: 5998-01-599-9341UC (PN: 4V91083-101A). This will be a definite quantity, one time contract. The current equipment manufacturer for this item is Ducommun Labarge Technologies, Inc. CAGE 08719, which maintains its configuration by part number. The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or any other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. As a result, Ducommun Labarge Technologies, Inc. CAGE 08719 is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to produce this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment.
