Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0742 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Electrical Gear and Transformer Maintenance for the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility, Manhattan, Kansas This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A mandatory site visit is required to be technically acceptable. Please see Solicitation Information and Attachment 9. Attachment 7 will not be posted. In order to receive a copy of the Attachment 7, each interested contractor must send a completed NonDisclosure Agreement to Jeffery Cowell, jeffery.cowell@usda.gov and Erin Riffey, erin.riffey@usda.gov:. Once those are received, they will be forwarded and recipients must comply with all restrictions within the NonDisclosure Agreement. Questions shall be submitted via emailed to erin.riffey@usda.gov and are due no later than June 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
