UPDATE 13 May 2016: The closing date has been extended one week until 23 May 2016, 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (Local Scott AFB, IL). Additionally, Atch 2 Schedule of Rates has been revised, dated 13May16, to change Line Item 168 (Diesel Fuel Purchase Markup) from Accounting to Percentage number format.
