Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather market intelligence, technical approaches, and rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) considerations to inform a potential future procurement of a �Mission Integration Prime� capability to manage and perform mission integration functions for GeoXO series satellites. These documents are for information and planning purposes, to allow industry to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirements, to allow industry to provide meaningful feedback to improve the requirements for the Government�s consideration, and to promote competition. All responses shall be submitted electronically via email to Travis Hagelberg at Travis.M.Hagelberg@nasa.gov no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on May 11, 2026. When responding, please reference RFI-MIP-2026. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. It is the offeror�s responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Amendment 1 (April 2, 2026): The page limit for responses is increased from 20 pages to 30 pages. Amendment 2 (April 23, 2026): The due date for responses is changed from May 4, 2026 to May 11, 2026. Amendment 3 (April 30, 2026): Updated to reflect the 30-page limit excludes the Contracts Transmittal letter, Cover Page, Title Page, Table of Contents, and Acronym list.
