COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NMFS RACE Net Loft � Lift Truck and Sweeper Maintenance Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1333MF26Q0029 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for lift truck & street sweeper preventative maintenance and repair services at the RACE Net Loft in Seattle, WA. This acquisition is open to businesses of any size under full and open competition procedures. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. See attached documents for complete details. Quote outline: For CLINs 0001, 0003, and 0005 - we're looking for a Job Lot price on two (2) preventative maintenance services per year on the seven units listed in the statement of work. For CLINs 0002, 0004, and 0006 - we're looking for a standard hourly labor rate for repair work needs discovered during routine maintenance calls. Please note - overtime is not currently authorized on Federal service contracts except in special circumstances. There will not be overtime authorized for this procurement. Please also note - this solicitation includes a new FAR clause - 52.222-90 "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors". All offerors are highly encouraged to read through this clause in the FAR and the accompanying Executive Order (14398) to ensure they are in compliance.
