W912LM26QA013 � Heavy Duty Wheel Loaders for MN Army National Guard This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912LM26QA013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NAICS Code: 333120 � Construction Machinery Manufacturing (Size Standard: 1,250 Employees) Product Service Code (PSC): 3805 � Earth Moving and Excavating Equipment Response Date / Closing Date: 08 July 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG) has a requirement to purchase three (3) brand-new Heavy Duty Wheel Loaders for the Facility Management Office (FMO) at the Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. The Government's detailed minimum requirements are specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery shall be FOB Destination. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333120. AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds. This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated September 2026. The Government is under no obligation to make an award if funds do not become available. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Offerors shall submit all required documents electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Eric A.
