Description
This sources sought notice seeks to identify the businesses capable of providing Audiology evaluations for eligible Department of the Army civilian employees within a 5-mile radius of Rock Island Arsenal (RIA), Illinois 61201. Please submit a capabilities statement to include if your business Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Results from this sources sought notice will help shape a solicitation for these services in the near future. See attached performance work statement.
