Description
Purchase Order issued on a sole source basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Evolution Trailer Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of various Evolution Trailer Technologies, Inc. trailer parts to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Small Boat Product Line (SBPL). Fully approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) attached. Simplified Acquistion Procedures (SAP) used in accordance with Executive Order 14156 declaring a National Emergency at the Southern Border and with ALCOAST 143/25 and acquisition.gov increasing the SAT to $1 million for acquisitions with a "clear and direct relationship" to Contigency Operations in support of the National Emergency at the Southern Border.
