Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by filling out block 8 above, and signing and dating blocks 15A, 15B,and 15C below, and returning this document with their offer to Tanesha.Price@dla.mil and DLAENERGYFEPAB@dla.mil. �A. The following Amendment is hereby issued to update clause B19.01-2 ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT-MARKET PRICE-POSTS, CAMPS, AND STATIONS (PC&S) - JAPAN (DLA ENERGY JUNE 2017) and the BASE REFERENCE DATE. �1. The above clause B19.01-2 paragraph (c)(1) has been changed FROM: The prices payable shall be issued through semimonthly contract notifications effective the first and third Monday of each month. TO: Base market price - Base Reference Price (BRP) to be escalated weekly on Mondays based on previous weekly average (Monday through Friday excluding any days prices are not published) of the applicable Platts reference's daily midpoint prices. �2. The BASE REFERENCE DATE has been changed FROM: 7 January 2019 TO: 14 January 2019 Attachment B-Final Escalator has been updated to reflect the new Base Reference Date of 14 January 2019. �3. There are NO changes to the BASE REFERENCE PRICE. �B. All other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-19-R-0217 remain in-force and unchanged.
