Description
* See Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912CH-25-Q-0130* The United States Army Contracting Command Detroit Aresenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a single one-time buy with 100% option Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 1260-01-591-9280, part number 19200, Spotting Instrument. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses per IAW FAR Clause 52.219-6. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code "C", which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL): Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP)(https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. Please read this solicitation. There are several clauses and provisions throughout this solicitation that require information to be provided. To be considered for award, please return one signed copy of your offer by the date/time indicated in the associated SAM.gov posting via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Richard Hall, Richard.G.Hall64.civ@army.mil .
