Description
Solicitation Amendment 02: The purpose of the amendment is to attach an updated Statement of Work (SOW) and update the CLIN structure for solicitation FA8122-26-R-0007. Solicitation Amendment 01: The purpose of the amendment is to correct National Stock Number (NSN) associated with LPT Stage I Blade subCLINs 0001AB � 4001AB (USAF) and 0002AB � 4002AB (Navy) and add Inspection/Acceptance and Quality Assurance information to subCLINs 0001AB � 4001AB (USAF). Solicitation Noun: F108 Module 13/15 & 14 LPT Assembly (USAF/USN) Remanufacture NSN: 2840-01-229-5786PN (13/15 USAF); 2840-01-484-3913PN (13/15 USN); 2840-01-189-2941PN (14 USAF); 2840-01-483-8785PN (14 USN) P/N: 305-482-301-0 (13/15 USAF); 305-482-301-0 (13/15 USN); 301-316-158- 0 (14 USAF); 301-316-158-0 (14 USN) This is a competitive acquisition to qualified sources. Please see attached. Mod 14 (USAF/USN): No. 4 Bearing is included in remanufacture. Two additional subCLINs have been added for Shaft and Stub Shaft replacement. Mod 13/15 (USAF/USN): SubCLIN has been added for Stage I Blades. 105 blades will be paid for each USAF module and 141 blades for each USN module.
