Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW RFO Subpart 12.202 and Table 5-1 in FAR 5.101(d) Description: IAW RFO 12.202(b)(1) and Part 5.101(d), this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Bell Textron, Inc (CAGE 97499) under FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. An offer is being requested by Bell Textron, Inc. and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SPRWA1-26-R-0031 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for procurement of Dynamic Components in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this effort is A1. This acquisition is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. Please see the attached SPRWA1-26-R-0031 for the following: A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure Description of requirements for the items to be acquired Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition The date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contact. Any other additional information required by 5.101(c). The response time for offerors are 16-JUL-2026 by 3:30 PM EST and should be electronically sent to timothy.randall.4@us.af.mil.
