It is not a request for competitive proposals and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Interested vendors may submit their feedback and technical capabilities. Reference the attachments in the PIEE posting for the description and specifications of the requirement. The technical capability statement shall include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contract, SAM.gov CAGE code and Unique Entity ID. 2. Business size standard and socioeconomic categories for NAICS 334515. 3. Rough Order Magnitude ? estimated pricing, lead time, and minimum/maximum order quantity. 4. Industry commentary on the Draft SOW. No telephone requests.
