The cutoff for questions to be submitted in response to this solicitation is 2/23/2023 at 2:00pm MT, the closing date and time of this solicitation remains unchanged. ***** ******UPDATE 2/15/2023 Link for pre-quote meeting is in the attachment listed as Pre-Quote Meeting Info****** ****2023 Annual review please see amendment 05 and updated solicitation dated 2023 for further info.**** National Type 2 Firefighter Crews: Purpose of the Amendment: : The purpose of Amendment 05 is to conduct the 2023 annual review of previously established Blanket Purchase Agreements and to reopen the solicitation allowing new companies to submit quotes. Amendments issued prior to amendment 05 are not required to be submitted. Description of Changes: Quote submission process updated, Per Diem reimbursement changed from Standard Conus to Locality, clauses updated, and most current wage determination updated. Please review the solicitation entirely. A pre-quote meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on February 16, 2023, at 1:00pm Mountain Time. Please respond to the survey in section E of this solicitation if you plan to attend. Please submit any questions you may have in writing to bryce.pitchford@usda.gov prior to the pre-quote meeting. The Closing Date and deadline for receipt of proposals in response to Solicitation RFQ 1202SC21Q0001 is no later than 2:00 PM Mountain Time, March 02, 2023.
