Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Denmark will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation is for gardening services at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) and Deputy Chief of Mission�s Residence (DCR). The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Danish regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Danish Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a CVR number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a quotation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021) Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
