Sources Sought: Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Recruiting Event Services 1.0 Background and Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an invitation for bid. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested businesses capable of providing comprehensive coordination and execution services for a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) recruiting event. The Government has identified SOCOM Athlete as possessing the unique field experience and special operations network required for this effort; however, this notice is issued to determine if other fully capable sources exist in the marketplace. 2.0 Scope of Work The prospective vendor shall provide all personnel, facilities, and coordination required to host and manage the TACP recruiting event. Core requirements include: Pre-Event Marketing: Execution of targeted social media campaigns prior to the event to drive recruitment and attendance. Event Coordination: Comprehensive coordination of all scheduling, facilities, and personnel required to host the event. Event Execution: Facilitation of event activities, which must include: Physical fitness testing Recruiter presentations Q&A sessions with special operators Mentorship sessions Team-building exercises 3.0 Capability Requirements To be considered capable of meeting this requirement, interested parties must demonstrate capabilities comparable to the currently identified vendor. Responses must highlight: Documented field experience specifically related to coordinating Special Operations Forces (SOF) athletic and recruiting events. An established, high-visibility social media presence capable of engaging the target recruitment demographic. Direct, verifiable connections to the U.S. Special Operations community to facilitate the participation of highly qualified special operators for Q&A and mentorship.
