Description
This is the posting of the Justification and Approval (J&A) for a sole-source bridge contract awarded to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) on June 17, 2026. Contract Details: Contract Number: HQ003426CE045 Award Amount: $23,637,440.00 Statutory Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204, implemented via FAR 6.103-1 ("Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements"). Scope of Work: Under this bridge contract, SPA will provide uninterrupted support for analytical, case management, programmatic, technical, and administrative support support to the Office of Industrial Policy (INDPOL).
