Description
The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) at Puerto Rico has a requirement for Strong T-Bar Retractor System for thoracic surgeries. The Strong T-Bar Retractor System equipment is a single-post, table-mounted Internal Mammary Artery (IMA) retractor with Cheanvechai rakes, and shall meet the following salient characteristics: a. Strong Support Bar: i. Quantity: 2 ea. ii. Model No.: 341112 b. Rail Clamp for Strong T-Bar: i. Quantity: 2 ea. ii. For strong T-bar iii. Model No.: 34111 c. Cheanvechai-Favaloro Rake Assembly: i. Quantity: 4 ea. ii. Curved iii. 4 prongs iv. Mode No.: 341131 d. Cheanvechai Swivel Rake Assembly: i. Quantity: 4 ea. ii. Model No.: 341133 Ergonomic properties with high quality construction, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved, medical-grade product, stainless steel, German steel, aligned with Association for the Advancement of Medical Instruments (AAMI) standards high quality and durable. Ergonomic design facilitates surgery. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 339112 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be 6515 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to deliver such items. This is not a solicitation.
