Description
Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0033 is amended to make the changes outlined in the SF-30. Please see all updated documents and attachments. All interested offerors must submit a signed SF-30 acknowledging receipt of the changes with thier submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for performance of an Initial Areawide Market Analysis for USDA NRCS Tennessee and subsequent annual AWMA recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 4 additional years. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531320 The small business size standard is $9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
