Description

Vendor Day Announcement Veterans Affairs Enterprise-wide Elevator Modernization This is a Sources Sought Notice for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is conducting market research and intends to host a Vendor Day and Site Visit to assess industry interest and capabilities in support of a VA nationwide elevator modernization initiative. The VA has a requirement to modernize elevators and associated equipment at over 100 VA Medical Centers across the country during Fiscal Year 2026. This event is intended to engage industry partners, share preliminary project information, and gather feedback to inform future acquisition strategies. Due to the size, scope and complexity of this initiative, the VA is considering interest from all qualified and interested parties. Registration is required to attend this event. Please see details below. Tentative Event Details: Dates: January 14 15, 2026 Location: Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio area Instructions to Register to Attend Site Visit and Vendor Day: Provide an email response stating your intention to attend the Site Visit and Vendor Day. Subject line of your response email should read VA Elevator Modernization Site Visit and Vendor Day Registration Provide Company Name, Point of Contact, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Code Provide the names and positions within your company of those who plan to attend To register and receive additional details, please email both: Leslie Prather Leslie.Prather@va.gov Scott Elias Scott.Elias@va.gov Registration Deadline: January 9, 2026 by 5:00 PM ET Only those who register for this event will receive the time and location of the Site Visit and Vendor Day. We appreciate your interest and support in helping the VA modernize critical infrastructure to better serve our Veterans.
