UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, PRICING FOR THIS QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 60 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AS INDICATED ON THE QUOTATION. PLEASE SPECIFY (IF OTHER THAN 60 DAYS) ______________ DAYS.
