Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of performing ATON Repair & Replace Work at Base Tongue Point/Columbia River, Astoria, OR Major work items include: Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, power, and personnel to accomplish work installing, replacing, or removing ATON structures in the Columbia River Area/U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Base Tongue Point, located at Astoria, Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to: Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures. See appendix A, appendix B, and attached specification for scope requirements. ATON structure fabrication. Surveying of completed range structures to ensure proper positioning. Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations. The Columbia River in-water work window for this project is November 01, 2026 thru February 28, 2027. ALL In-Water work must be completed by February 28, 2027. All work will be performed in accordance with attached Specifications/Attachments/Drawings. The procurement estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS for this project is 237990. A Solicitation is estimated to be issued in August, 2026 Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Oakland no later than 18:00 PM (06:00 PM) Pacific Time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The information is be submitted via E-mail to the Contracting Officer at Vincent.Yee@uscg.mil AND Guiljohn.Alcantara@uscg.mil Please note that E-mails may sometimes take several hours or longer to enter our system. The sender is responsible for confirmation of receipt. Responses shall include the following information: Sources Sought Reference number 70Z08826B0000123, Company name, address, SAM.gov UEI, Dun and Bradstreet number, point of contact, phone number, E-mail address. Your response shall include all items 1-6 outlined in the Sources Sought AND the following information: A positive statement of your intent to submit a bid on this solicitation as a prime contractor. Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope, to include contract numbers, project titles, dates work performed, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers. Provide evidence of bonding capability to the maximum magnitude on the project to include both single and aggregate totals. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. When available, and if competed, the resultant pre-solicitation notice and solicitation will be posted at this website. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
