Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the link for SF 330 submissions. Changes are reflected in the attached document (Amendment 0004 - Special Notice - AE Services Enterprise (Midwest Region)). Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to modify the Landscape Architect discipline requirements. Changes are reflected in the attached document (Amendment 0003 - Special Notice - AE Services Enterprise (Midwest Region)). Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received and revise the Special Notice to eliminate ambiguous instructions, update submission instructions, and clarify how firms should organize their submissions. Please see the attached documents. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to modify the method used to submit questions. Changes are reflected in the final paragraph of the attached document (Amendment 0001 - Special Notice - AE Services Enterprise (Midwest Region)). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) ? Fort Campbell, KY (MICC ? Fort Campbell) is issuing this notice for the procurement of Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services in support of the United States Army Enterprise Solution within the Midwest Region of the continental United States (CONUS), to include the following: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
