W50S9A-26-S-A012 - SOURCES SOUGHT BLDG 210 GENERATOR PROTECTION SYSTEM (Not a Notice of Solicitation) The Utah Air National Guard, 151 MSG/MSC, at Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base, UT, is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify firms capable of designing, delivering, and installing a physical and visual safeguarding system to protect Building 210�s backup generator. The minimum requirements, optional but highly desirable innovative solutions, and site map/dimensions are detailed in Attachment 1 � Statement of Objectives (SOO). NAICS Code: 332618 - Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees Responding firms should indicate their size relative to this standard and specify any applicable socio-economic statuses (e.g., SB, 8(a), SDVO, HUBZone, etc.). The Government reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based on responses. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for a DoD contract. REQUESTED INFORMATION Interested firms are requested to submit a capabilities package demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirements outlined in this notice. The submission should include: A brief description of your proposed solution and how it addresses the minimum requirements specified in the attached SOO. A brief description of how your proposed solution incorporates any or all of the optional, highly desirable innovative features listed in the SOO. A summary of relevant past projects similar in scope and complexity. Confirmation of your ability to install a system based on the site dimensions and constraints provided. Confirmation that your company is US-based and able to access military installations. Note: Any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought is voluntary. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with responses. Respondents will not be individually notified of the Government�s evaluation results. The information gathered will be considered to determine whether future solicitation will be conducted as full and open competition, small business set-aside, or under specific small business programs. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists at this time; please do not request a copy. The Government's decision to proceed with a solicitation rests solely within its discretion.
