Description
********** Update 27 May 2026 ********** This update provides an amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation. See Attachment 1 for updates. This follows an industry inquiry requesting clarity regarding the Materials List and the DFARS 252.211-7003 Item Unique Identification (IUID) clause. The IUID clause incorrectly included a Dell R660 and a Dell Pro 16 Plus Laptop. These items are not part of this requirement and have been removed. The Materials List (Attachment 2) accurately reflects the true Government Requirement. This update also serves as a general reminder to industry that this solicitation (RFQ Number: N6134026Q1006) closes on May 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. This solicitation follows the Sources Sought notice (Notice ID N6134026Q1006) posted last month. All other instructions, terms, and conditions remain unchanged. Please ensure your quotes are submitted in accordance with the posted documents prior to the deadline. *********** End of Update 27 May 2026 ********** NAWCTSD has a requirement to procure Spares for the Naval Aviation Distributed Training Center (NADTC) Expansion located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana. The components are for device upgrades to enhance Distributed Mission Training (DMT) capabilities. This expansion effort is for the NAS Oceana NADTC's high-fidelity system trainer. This effort involves upgrading computer hardware, and monitors with specific commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components to ensure compatibility and continuity with the existing training devices. This is a low-risk update that will not impact the training curriculum.
