Description
The purpose and objective of this project is to renovate Building 290(B290) and Building 291(B291), in support of the 377th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), enhancing operational capabilities. The design/build team, consisting of the General Contractor and their sub-contractors, will be responsible for providing the necessary staff and skills to complete this turnkey project. The design phase will include the services of licensed design professionals to produce the necessary analysis, estimates, schedules, drawings, and specifications. The build phase will involve field verifications, labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses needed to construct the project in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). As outlined by FAR 36.204, the anticipated magnitude for this effort is $1,000,000 ? $5,000,000. Please see the attached SOW for further details regarding description of requirement.
