Description
The purpose of this amendment is to answer all 48 RFIs, remove CLINs 0006 and 0007, attach the bid schedule spreadsheet (please complete all CLINS listed in the solicitation and the spreadsheet) in its entirety and to extend the proposal due date to Friday, 29 May 2026 at 1300 est.HURREVAC and RtePM - Operations and Maintenance (O and M) In support of Planning Division, Baltimore, MD. This Request for Quote (RFQ) solicits for the HURREVAC and Real Time Evacuation Planning Model (RtePM) - Operations and Maintenance (O and M) contract, in support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, Planning Division. This award will be advertised as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Request for Information (RFIs) concerning this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than Tuesday, 12 May 2026, 1:00 PM EST via email to Sharon Alexander, Contract Specialist, at Sharon.L.Alexander@usace.army.mil and Angela Padua, Contracting Officer, at Angela.S.Padua@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than the time and date specified in block 8.Please submit proposals via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as stated in the solicitation.
