This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 3626026Q0775 and is attached. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210, with a small business size standard of $47 Million. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is DA10. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20, 1601 E. Fourth Plain Boulevard, Vancouver, WA 98661 is seeking license renewal and maintenance services for existing cloud-based image exchange platform, Vaultara or an equivalent or better solution in accordance with Section B.2, Price/Cost Schedule and Section, D.1, Statement of Work. Service Location: Please see attached solicitation for service locations within VISN 20. The period of performance will be a base plus four option years Base: 09/30/2026 - 09/29/2027 Option Year 1: 09/30/2027 - 09/29/2028 Option Year 2: 09/30/2028 - 09/29/2029 Option Year 3: 09/30/2029 - 09/29/2030 Option Year 4: 09/30/2030 - 09/29/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Offers must be emailed to Jennifer Robles jennifer.robles1@va.gov and received no later than 1:00 PM Mountain on 07/16/2026. Questions to this solicitation shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer Jennifer Robles (jennifer.robles1@va.gov). Questions shall be accepted until 1:00 PM Mountain on 07/06/2026. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided in one consolidated response as amendment to the solicitation RFQ that will be made available to all potential Offerors. Telephonic inquiries will not be responded to. No late quotations will be accepted.
