Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or commitment by the Government to make an award. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of providing the required equipment and services and to assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-aside. Requirement The Bureau of Reclamation requires an Aperture Card Scanner and associated services that meet the following minimum salient characteristics: � Fast high-performance aperture card scanner � Enhanced camera and light source providing image quality from 100�600 DPI � Ability to scan up to 300 card input � 300-card automated batch feed capability � Bitonal and grayscale image output � File formats including TIFF, JPG, and PDF � Hollerith code reading capability � Two-dimensional dynamic thresholding � Auto-rescan functionality for automatic quality rejection � Smartscan Software Additional Requirements � Onsite hardware/software installation � Operator training (web-based or equivalent) � Twelve (12) months of depot-level maintenance covering parts and labor Delivery Location Bureau of Reclamation 2800 Cottage Way Room W1728 Sacramento, CA 95825 Submission: Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide an aperture card scanner meeting the above requirements and to provide the associated installation, training, and maintenance services. Responses shall include the following: � Company name and business size status & UEI/Cage code � Confirmation of ability to meet the salient characteristics and service requirements Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer no later than 6/10/2026 at 10am PDT to davinder_kullar@ios.doi.gov.
