Description
***Amendment 0001 is issued to update the applicable Wage Determinations, extend the bid suspense date and bid opening from July 7, 2025 to July 14, 2025, and to provide the list of site visit attendees. Reference the amendment document for all details.***.This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. Work includes the construction of a new steel sheet pile offloading platform. The platform provides access to the West Dickinson Island Confined Disposal Facility (CDF). The offloading platform ties into the existing elevation and alignment of the CDF dike. The offloading platform will be used by various entities and will be mostly utilized by marine operations as a transfer site to offload equipment to include but not limited to dozers, excavators, off-road trucks, material handlers, cranes, and 18 inch (O.D.) HDPE pipe. The platform will also be utilized as a material transfer site for dredged material and material staging area for CDF maintenance.
