Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at fair and reasonable price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do soThe U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at fair and reasonable price. Please see the requirment below. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award. The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified under Section 1 of the SOW. Prices. In consideration of satisfactory performance of the services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed price (FFP) per month as stated in the SOW.
