Description

The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) requires a replacement for its current WR Medical Electronics HRV Acquire Heart Rate Variability Testing Lab or equivalent. The existing system, used for diagnostic testing on inpatient Veterans, is no longer functional and is beyond repair. A new, fully functional system is required to support ongoing diagnostic needs.
