Description
Amendment 001 The purpose of Amendment 001 is to: 1) Add Attachement 3 - Q and As 9 CES - Trailers - UFR. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Note to Offerors: This solicitation is currently unfunded. However, should funding become available, some or all of the options MAY BE funded. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626QC005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for 9 CES Trailers - UFR. The 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (9 CES) requires the procurement of three specialized trailer systems to support the Water Fuels and Systems Maintenance (MTX) shop. These assets are critical for sustaining operational readiness, field maintenance, and secure water/sanitation capabilities. The procurement includes a Two-Stall Mounted Restroom Trailer, a Gravity Tilt Trailer, and a Bottle Fill Trailer. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, is not applicable. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001 - Two-Stall Trailer Mounted Restroom system, 1 EA CLIN 0002 - Gravity Tilt Trailer system, 1 EA CLIN 0003 - Bottle fill trailer system, 1 EA (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation are included in the attached document labeled Attachment 2 - Statement of Need 9 CES Trailers. (iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are identified in the Delivery section of the attached document labeled Attachment 2 - Statement of Need 9 CES Trailers. (v) A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition are identified in the attached document labeled Attcahment 1 - RFQ - FA468626QC005. (vi) A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition are identified in the attached document labeled Attcahment 1 - RFQ - FA468626QC005. (vii) Inquiries for this RFQ are due by 1:00pm PST, 23 June 2026. Offers are due 29 June 2026 at 12:00pm PST to the POCs identified.
