Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25726Q0593 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 333120 (1,250 Employees). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside is used for this solicitation. The items being requested are included in the solicitation attachment RFQ 36C25726Q0593 The item being requested is a Mini Excavator for the Central Texas Healthcare System/Doris Miller Medical Center in Waco, TX. Questions must be in writing and emailed to Maria Orosco-Hofmann at Maria.Hofmann@va.gov no later than June12, 2026 2:00 PM CST. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government. All comments or inquiries are to be submitted in writing via email to Point of Contact, referenced in this notice on or before June 19, 2026, 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. Offerors interested in providing the required supply will need to submit all required documentation, detailed in the attached RFQ document, by email to Maria Orosco-Hofmann at Maria.Hofmann@va.gov, no later than June 19, 2026 2:00 PM CST All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Must be a verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/. This will be verified at the time of offer.
