Description
Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: To provide responses to industry questions regarding this solicitation. Please see attachement, "Response to Industry Questions". Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: Extend the solicitation date to Friday, June, 12, 2026 11:00AM PDT. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; �quotations� are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) has a requirement in support of Commander Naval Surface Force. U.S Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) to reconfigure the Chaplain's office. All the requirements and details of this purchase can be found in the SOW. Mandatory site visit scheduled for Monday, June 01, 2026 at Naval Base Coronado. To register and receive instructions for the site visit, please email : dionte.l.grays.civ@us.navy.mil by 11:00 AM PST Friday, May 29, 2026 and include "N0024426Q0029 Site Visit for COMNAVSURFPAC Chaplain's Office Reconfiguration" in the subject line.
