Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to enter into a contract with MOTEK MEDICAL B.V., CAGE H1WV1, HOUTEN, THE NETHERLANDS. The statutory authority for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source. Item/Service Description Annual preventive maintenance, support, and software updates for a Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN) Extended virtual reality (VR) and treadmill system. Services include one scheduled preventive maintenance visit, software maintenance, and remote support. Delivery Schedule 12 Months All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications.
