Description
The purpose of this amendment is to: - Correct the quotation due date - Provide responses to vendor questions - Clarify applicability of clauses - Incorporate SBA Class Nonmanufacturer Rule Waiver for NAICS 336212 1. Quotation Due Date is hereby revised to: April 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST 2. FAR 52.219-13 is not applicable and may be disregarded. 3. Question and Answer Document is attached.
