THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ). THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION. ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued via CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES on www.SAM.gov on or about June 4, 2026, under RFQ 36C10D26Q0119. The anticipated close date of the solicitation is on or about June 16, 2026. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 1PM MT at the VBA Boise Regional Office, 444 W. Fort St., Boise, ID 83702. Attendance is optional and the Government will not assume any associated costs. All material questions must be submitted in writing. Interested attendees should RSVP to tamara.feist-hatfield@va.gov and include company information and the names of all participants. The site visit will not be rescheduled. The estimated period of performance shall include one 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Offerors are required to be registered with a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) for all awards when submitting a quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract or purchase order resulting from a solicitation. Processing time should be taken into consideration when registering. Offerors who are not registered in SAM should consider applying for registration immediately upon receipt of this pre-solicitation notice. See https://www.sam.gov for information on registration. Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Boise Regional Office, 444 W. Fort Street, Boise, ID, 83702, has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services for the Uninterruptable Power System (UPS) System and Cooling Units. The contractor must be an APC-certified service provider and shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in the Statement of Work (SOW), that will be included within the solicitation. The contractor will perform on-site repairs, semi-annual maintenance, and emergency repair services, including 24x7 emergency support, for the APC UPS and InRow cooling units. Services include, but are not limited to, inspections, certifications, and repairs, per manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Services encompass all parts (excluding batteries), labor, materials, and other costs required for inspections and certifications, performed per relevant standards and requirements. The contractor will possess sufficient tools along with diagnostic equipment that are appropriate for inspecting, calibrating, and servicing the UPS system per the manufacturer s O&M specifications to address all errors or inadequacies for the following equipment: Cooling units: Schneider InRow RD 300mm Fluid Cooled 208-230V 60Hz S/N JK1932003880 Schneider InRow RD 300mm Fluid Cooled 208-230V 60Hz S/N YK0901110128 Schneider InRow RD 300mm Fluid Cooled 208-230V 60Hz S/N YK0901110127 UPS: UPS / Symmetra PX1 ISX20KF 20kW N+1 208V GENERIC ASSY SYM 20KVA 3PH 208V W/DIST S/N LA09252L0039 A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be available electronically and may be accessed through the Contract Opportunities on www.sam.gov.
