Description

INTRODUCTION The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210- Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services which has a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses of this notice, this requirement may be set aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W), JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources who can provide a non-personal service requirement for a preventative maintenance contract for a government-owned MRI trailer in support of the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) department at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, California. The preventative maintenance services must adhere to the FULL list of the performance work statement (PWS) outlined in Attachment 1. This will be yearly maintenance. SUBMISSION DETAILS The Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested in the attached performance work statement. The Government requests capabilities statements be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format. Offeror's responses shall not exceed ten (10) pages single-sided - standard 8 � X 11 pages using not less than 10-pitch font -- and shall describe the offerors technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offerors ability to successfully provide the products/systems listed in the salient characteristics. This is not a solicitation. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
