SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Diagnostic and Repair - Intralox Series 1800 Traveling Screen and Debris Conveyor System - Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery Agency: U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service NAICS: 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Size Standard: $12.5 Million Place of Performance: Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery 47320 Trout Lake Rd Brimley, MI 49715-9527 Period of Performance: Anticipated 07/15/2026 - 08/31/2026 THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is issued solely for market research purposes. 1. Introduction The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking information from contractors capable of performing diagnostic evaluation and repair services for a Series 1800 Intralox Traveling Screen and Debris Conveyor System located at Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery. The Government is conducting market research to identify contractors with demonstrated experience servicing Intralox systems or comparable industrial conveyor-based debris screening systems used in aquatic or water infrastructure environments. 2. Requirement Overview The Series 1800 Intralox Traveling Screen and Debris Conveyor System is currently experiencing operational failure, including binding, abnormal wear, and uneven belt degradation. The system is critical to hatchery operations, supporting water intake filtration and debris removal for fish production. The purpose of this requirement is to: - Identify root cause(s) of system failure - Assess condition of mechanical and structural components - Support development of follow-on repair actions - Reduce operational risk to hatchery operations and fish health 3. Minimum Contractor Capability Requirements Interested vendors must demonstrate ALL of the following: 3.1 System Experience (Required) - Experience performing diagnostic inspection and/or repair of Intralox Series 1800 Traveling Screen systems or equivalent conveyor-based debris screening systems 3.2 Operational Environment Experience - Experience working in water infrastructure environments (e.g., hatcheries, intake structures, treatment systems, canals, or similar systems) - Experience performing work under operational constraints including shutdown or dewatering conditions 4. Submission Requirements Capability statements (max 5 pages) must include: Company Information - Company name - Address - UEI number - Small business status (if applicable) Relevant Experience - Experience with: - Intralox Series 1800 systems or equivalent conveyor/debris screening systems - Water infrastructure or hatchery environments - 2-3 relevant projects completed within the past 5 years Staff Qualifications - Key personnel experience with industrial mechanical systems - OEM training or relevant certifications (if applicable) 5.
