Description

The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide vendors with information regarding updated specifications and terms for VIPR I-BPA solicitations. The changes addressed in this notice are tentative to the release of 2026 VIPR I-BPA Rollovers and Solicitations. THIS ATTACHMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY and is subject to change. Interested parties are highly encouraged to read the solicitation in its entirety prior to quote submission. Solicitations (new and on-boarding) will be posted to the System for Award Management under Contract Opportunities in the future.
