Description
Request for Information (RFI) Next Generation Trackless Targets The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando), intends to issue a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to solicit innovative commercial products and technologies in support of the Next Generation Trackless Targets (NGTT) Family of Products (FOP). The goal of the CSO is to identify a commercial solution that enhances training realism and Soldier lethality through the use of advanced, trackless mobile targets capable of simulating real-world scenarios in all relevant environments. Any contract resulting from the CSO will be a fixed-price contract to provide the next generation of trackless mobile targets to the Army over the next five years following the contract award date. The Government anticipates awarding a single contract resulting from the CSO. The Government is interested in receiving your insight on the Draft CSO attached hereby. Interested offerors should submit a concise response (maximum 2-page white paper or 5 slides) addressing the following 3 questions ONLY: Question 1: If this is posted as an actual CSO, will you plan to respond to the CSO and compete for the requirement? If so, please provide your business name, size, and point of contact. Question 2: What updates do you recommend to the draft CSO to assist you with the decision to respond and compete for the contract award? Question 3: Will this requirement enable you to provide an innovative solution? If not, what changes would you recommend ensuring an innovative solution is provided?
