Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of two (2) autonomous environmental DNA (eDNA) Auto Sampler systems, including all required accessories and related components, in accordance with attachment 1 requirements. The equipment will support environmental monitoring for the detection of invasive aquatic species through autonomous collection, filtration, preservation, and water sampling. This acquisition is being conducted as a Full and Open Competition under NAICS 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering the evaluation factors identified in the solicitation. Quotations shall be submitted electronically in accordance with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation instructions. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. (MDT) on July 30, 2026. Government responses to timely submitted questions will be posted to SAM.gov via an amendment or other notice, as applicable. Vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for all solicitation amendments and updates. Quotations are due no later than 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on August 7, 2026, in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 30 calendar days after award to the Bureau of Reclamation facility in Loveland, Colorado.
